This is my favourite restaurant in Madrid! The food is delicious with really high quality ingredients and the staff is amazing. If you’ve never been I recommend letting the staff “surprise” you with their dishes, you won’t be disappointed! I was really pleasantly surprised by the beetroot carpaccio (something I never would have thought to order myself). They also have a great wine selection. It’s a little expensive, but it’s worth it! Thank you Pedro and team for always making our experience great!!

What a wonderful surprise of a restaurant! The food is absolutely wonderful! Completely different mix of flavours, with fresh ingredients. The service was also top notch, and I loved the whole concept. My children (10 and 11) were also fans. If you are in the area and looking for something different, I would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely fantastic experience since the moment you walk through the door. The attention to detail, not only in the decor, but also in the way you’re taken care of while at the restaurant, is impeccable. The food is superb, a mix of Mediterranean flavors you’ve probably never tried together. It’s a delight for the palate. Do yourself a favor and try it all, the plate I’m still dreaming of is the beet with burrata! The people who work there are so kind, shout out to Pedro, one of the owners, who made our time there so special!!

Loved everything about this place! The owners, Carlos and Pedro, poured a lot of soul into it. It’s one of those places that tells a story with its menu and concept, but also has a cool vibe with good hip hop music and great people. Book a few weeks in advance for Fri and Sat!

What an exceptional dining experience in Madrid! We were visiting from NYC and found this on a Resy hit list and decided to take a chance - We were so happy we did! The menu is inventive and delicious and Pedro was an excellent host. Run don't walk to try this place if you like great food.
